1. Press the ON button to power ON. Clean the test table, make sure the table is clean without chores, check up and down the test blade use surface is intact, check up and down the test blade is fully aligned;
2. Calibration return to zero. Place the depth gauge ON the marble plane so that the needle base plane fits into the glass or marble plane (the needle tip is fully pressed in) . Turn ON/OFF the depth gauge switch, then press“Zero” return to ZERO (equal to no depth at this time) prompt: every time after shutdown restart must return to ZERO after operation can be measured! When the upper and lower test blades are found to be defective or misaligned, the duty manager should be informed immediately for replacement or adjustment.
3. Measure. Use the lifting handle to lift the upper test blade and select the production plate to be tested. First, align the V-CUT groove of the production plate to be tested with the lower test blade of the V-CUT tester and move it to the position to be tested, next, lower the upper test blade down to the bottom of the V-CUT groove of the production plate, do not press down vigorously, and finally read the data on the display. Avoid falling, collision, avoid needle damage.
4. Reading. Put the measuring needle point into the depression of the object to be measured, so that the plane of the needle base is completely fitted with the plane of the object to be measured, and then the reading can be converted to the metric-INCH system by pressing“INCH”, suitable for different reading requirements. Use the test lift handle to lower the upper test blade to the point where the upper and lower test blades are in contact. Visually check that the upper and lower test blades are fully aligned.
5. Power off. After the test is completed, lift the upper test blade back to the highest position, and press the“OFF” button on the display to turn OFF the display. When replacing the electronics, the slider above the meter head can be opened and replaced. Please do not disassemble the parts by yourself. The machine caused by self-disassembly is not covered by warranty. When the screen display digital flash, this time the power is low, please immediately replace the electronic.
